Welcome to Finch Woods Academy

The pupils and staff of Finch Woods Academy (FWA) would like to welcome you to our website.

FWA is a specialist, co-educational school for pupils who present with social, emotional, mental health, and other complex needs. We cater for pupils from Year 4 through to Year 11, and we are situated in Halewood in the borough of Knowsley, close to Liverpool.

Although the majority of our pupils come from the Knowsley area, we also have pupils who come from neighbouring counties such as Liverpool, Sefton, Halton, Warrington, St Helens, and Lancashire.
